About Sylhet division of Bangladesh

                                                                SYLHET ABOUT Department of Sylhet in north of Bangladesh.  It is located in the area of 12, 596 square kilometers.  The geographical area of Sylhet is include Tursi era mountains  land.  There are 4 districts in this division namely -   Sunamganj, Sylhet, Hobiganj, Moulovibazar .  Among the 11 sectors of the War of Liberation, Sylhet was in Sector 4 and 5. Literacy rate among the division is 37.25%. Sylhet's Moulvibazar district produces the most tea produced in Bangladesh. The highest rainfall in Bangladesh is Lalkhan in Sylhet. The latest division of the country declared by the government of Bangladesh.  It is located in the area of 10,569 square kilometers.  The geographical area of Mymensingh is called Madhupurgor land.  There are 4 districts in this division namely -   Jamalpur, Sherpur, Mymensingh  and Netrokona .  The first declared district of Independent Bangladesh after liberation war - Jamalpur.  Among the 11 sectors of the War of Liberation, Mymensingh was in Sector 11.
